If you want to be an actor you are going to have to get some training. Now, you don’t have to get training. there are a lot of people who have made it that didn’t, but if you want to do it right and make a career out of it, get some training. Why you ask? Well, 1) It is a great way to meet other actors and make life long contacts that may help you later down the line. 2) You need to know what you are doing. Most people are well trained and in the entertainment industry, time is money. If you keep screwing up, you won’t be getting many jobs. What Colleges Have Acting Classes? There are a ton of colleges, universities, and private workshops and classes you can take, especially in Los Angeles and New York. Find one you like and go for it.
