Doris has been having problems with the touch screen monitor that is used in their pharmaceutical plant. She has called the plant manager to get his opinion of what to do. The plant manager told her to call maintenance and have them remove the monitor and then ship to the allen bradley repair company. He told Doris that she would need to use another monitor until the unit was repaired. Doris had maintenance come by and get the monitor packed up and shipped. She got the monitor back in a week and a half. She thought that was pretty quick for repairing the unit.
