The pharmaceutical compositions of the invention are adapted to the chosen mode of administration, including oral, parenteral. The compounds of the invention can be administered at a dose between 0.1 and 1000 mg per day. Preferably, the compounds can be administered at a dose between 1 and 100 mg. The invention finally relates to the use of derivatives of L-Arginine Supplements of formula I as defined above for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system and peripheral pathologies of failures gastrointestinal and urinary inflammatory or not, or diseases related to cardiovascular or lung.
