Igor Stravinsky brought the concept of modernism to 20th Century Classical Piano Music.  I love the feeling of all of his music, and often listen to “Oedipus Rex.”  But My favorite Strvainsky piece is for Classical Piano: “Seranade in A for Piano.”  That music inspired me from the time I was a small child and really is responsible for making me want to take piano lessons.  I can’t play it the way I would like to, but I can still listen to it on my CD player, which I do almost everyday right after work.  I just never get tired of hearing it.
