My best friend and I have decided to go into our very first business venture together. We purchase foreclosed homes, adequately fix them up, and put them on the market for sale. The first thing we do is to sit down and discuss what needs to be done to each house. The last three houses that we have purchased all needed to have the roofs replaced. After looking at some architectural roof types, we decided that this would be our best option. We feel that a nice roof would help with the sell of the house, and we were right.
