How many times have you been to a restaurant, ordered appetizers, and an entry and ever, I mean ever, heard the words fish soup come out of someone’s mouth? If you’re like me, it’s actually never. Sure, everyone likes a bit of lobster bisque, some clam chowder perhaps, and perhaps could down some cucumber soup; but I encourage you to go to your pantry right now, look it up and down, and let me know, do you see fish soup? And to think of the possible names you could come p with; bass bisque, savory sunfish soup, swordfish stew, cream of codfish, but alas there is no fish soup.
