A Horrible Battle
My best friend Kathy is going through a terrible divorce from an abusive man and I am determined to help her get through this. The problem is that there are children involved and she is fearful for them to be alone with this man. She has an appointment tomorrow with an attorney to go over some Divorce Child Custody strategies. I would think that because of the physical abuse that he caused Kathy, there would be no Judge that would let him have unsupervised visits with the children. I guess that there is a lot more to it than that and this is unfortunate.
