We all have to deal with stress in our daily lives. Sometimes it can come out nowhere and completely overwhelm us. As a new york life coach, I’m constantly preaching about the damaging effects of stress and help me clients create a viable coping strategy. One thing you can do to reduce stress is to master diaphragmatic breathing. When you breath deep from the diaphragm, you are heavily oxygenating your body in addition to slowing down your respiration rate. This simple modification to your breathing pattern can have powerful effects. Give it a shot and notice how much better you feel.
