Woman Has Feeling She Should Buy Rocking Chair
I was walking through the home furnishing department of a store at the local mall, when I spotted the most beautiful rocking chair I have ever seen. Its oak finish shone and the detailed carving on the back was very intricate. I knew at first sight this had to be the chair where I would rock to sleep my first born grandchild. None of my children are parents-to-be yet, but I knew in my heart I had to buy this rocking chair. A salesclerk saw me looking at the chair and came over to assist me. Just my luck, the price of the chair was reduced as part of a year end clearance sale. I paid for the chair and made arrangements to have it delivered the next day. When I arrived home there was a message on the answering machine from my daughter in California. I returned her call and she announced that she was pregnant. That is why I was supposed to buy the rocking chair.
