What do you need ready to look after a new dog?
If you are getting a new dog then you need to be prepared. You will need a bed for them to sleep in, preferably something from their old home or where they were born if you bought a puppy, just to put them at ease while they get used to a new home. You will need a dog brush for grooming, plus food and a few bowls for food and water, then toys of course to keep them entertained! Plus you will need to think about your house, take away anything dangerous that they could chew on or knock over, put locks on rooms you don’t want them in etc.
