Monte has been looking into the medical field. He has heard that some places offer free on the job training in different fields. He is interested in finding on the job training. Monte decided to enter Certified Nursing Assistant on the job training in the search field to see if he could find any positions and to see what kind of experience he would need to qualify. Monte found a few places and decided to apply to as many as possible. He hopes that they will call him for an interview. He does not have enough money to take college courses so it would be great to get on the job training.
